On “Capitol Tonight,” Gary-come- lately to the U.S Senate Race, Gary Berntsen waxed about how he wanted to “kill” the Conservative Party – I suppose because he failed to gain the Party’s support in his 11th hour bid. All the more reason to support Jay Townsend, the NYS Conservative Party candidate against Chuck Schumer. Check out this joker’s rant at the link below. Brooklyn-Queens Dinner a Huge Success
July 29, 2010 – Dyker Heights,. The Kings County and Queens County Conservative Parties celebrated their annual Heritage Dinner on July 29th at the Dyker Beach Golf Club in Brooklyn. The Parties honored Conservative heroes and presented candidates for office from Brooklyn and Queens as well as Gubernatorial Candidate Rick Lazio, Attorney General Candidate Daniel Donavan, and U.S. Senate Candidate Joe DioGuardi. Kings County Chair Jerry Kassar and Queens County Chair Thomas Long presented the Thaddeus Dabrowski Award to Peter Murphy, Director of Public Policy for the New York Charter Schools Association. The Conservative Party has supported the charter school movement fo over 40 years.
